Refunds Policy
I always aim to provide the highest standard of service and ensure every client leaves feeling happy and confident with their hair.
Because hairdressing is a personal service that cannot be returned, refunds are not offered once a service has been completed. This is in line with UK Consumer Rights Law, which states that services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, but does not require refunds for completed personal services where the service has been provided as agreed.
That said, your satisfaction is very important to me.
If you are not completely happy with your hair for any reason, I am more than happy to invite you back for a complimentary adjustment within 14 days of your original appointment. This gives me the opportunity to make any necessary tweaks so you love your result.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any concerns, and I’ll do my best to resolve them promptly and professionally.
